Savile Row vs. Italy

Although this is the London Lounge, mainly aimed at the English style and particularly to SR style, it is often compared to the Italian style or cut.

What makes the Italian cut ?
What are the differences between the SR and the Italian cut ?
Some would talk would mention the structure and the smoothness of the cut, what else ?

Maybe I ask to much but I would have liked to see pictures indicating these details that make all the differences.
