Egyptian Cotton Shirts

I would like to know if Egyptian cotton shirt fabric ELS super 100s 110s 120s 130s 140s wrinkles easily.
What shirting material (100% cotton) would you recommend that dont wrinkle too much?

I'm pleased with pinpoint oxford cloth, which I have pressed by a good laundry near my home. All cotton will wrinkle; though treated cotton will wrinkle less, I refrain from using it for reasons of health and aesthetics.
