As a foreigner a need an explanation. I know Super 100/100's/100s refer(s) to the finesness of the yarns (or hansks) but why the "s"?

The s just makes it plural - the cloth is made from super 100 yarns.

(So, in case you wonder, the plural is "Super 100s": no apostrophe.)
