Steaks, Part II

Hello all,

Just looking over the menu at Bone's (a steakhouse) here in Atlanta and came across this:

Check out the Zagat survey (red color) on the right.

Now, I like Bone's a good bit, but can it really compete with the top steakhouses in NYC? According to this survey, yes, but...are those listed as NYC steakhouses really the top-of-the-top?

Also, on that list, "Prime" in Las Vegas ranks the same score. So how does Bone's get away with saying they are number one?
