Hello, not wishing to create a furor on the ins and outs of animal welfare and moral values etc, I am intrigued as to the process of how these are made. I understand there are strict laws on the use of badgers in the UK.

the badger hair comes from China. I can't remember what the badgers have to do to get morphed into shaving brushes but the gist of an article I read was that it was as a by-product of culling and was ethically ok..If you look at all the major manufacturers ' websites ( kent, Simpsons etc) I'm sure you'll find some mention of where the badger hair originates
