Name of frock / tailcoat style back?

Is there a specific name for the type of jacket back that is made up of four seperate panels, I have in mind here frock & tailcoats with a waist seam.

I believe that the style illustrated is a true frock coat. The later, plain backed coat lacking a waist seam is strictly a paletot, although this term might also refer to a top coat.

When I worked at Welsh & Jeffries in the last century we referred to it as a "guards" back.

Yes that makes sense thank you. I have a fancy to have something like this made up.
