Do Hilditch & Key, Harvie & Hudson, Turnbull, Budd, New & Lingwood and Emma Willis make a personal pattern to the client, or do they simply ajust a pre-made pattern? Is it bespoke or MTM?

Can only comment on Turnbull. It's bespoke.

Turnbull has a MTM option (no minimum) which is a mix and match proposition, such as an 18.5 collar to a size 14 body.

It is bespoke to a point. You will get a sample shirt to wash a few times and that will form the basis for adjustment. The shirtmakers will hold and keep your personal pattern. It is not as bespoke as having a suit made though. Some, if not all, of the companies you mentioned dislike multiple fittings to obtain a "perfect" fit.

Don't really know about Emma.

The others are bespoke but like someone said lazy when it comes to adjusting the pattern.
