Weak Shoulders, "Forward Stomach", Short Legs

Gentlemen:

I am told I have weak, sloping shoulders; I can see for myself that I have a paunch (which I cannot pretend will go away soon), and my legs are somewhat short in proportion to my torso. To add to the complications, my hips are also rather wide.

I have relatively good posture and I am 5' 9" tall.

How should my suits be cut in order to compensate for the challenges posed by my figure?

Many thanks in advance.

How about some swell in the chest and a defined waist? Go easy on the skirt.
