Paris: a buttonhole needing repair

I have an overcoat in need of having a front buttonhole re-worked (by hand). I am in Paris these days but do not have any tailoring relationships here (and I don't expect to start one here). Additionally, I don't know when I'll be in London next.
Would anyone know of someone in Paris (or just outside the périphérique) that I could call upon?
Many thanks.

The Valet in Piccadilly Arcade might be able to turn it around if you can post it to them. They seem to have a lot of Savile Row pieceworkers doing stuff for them.
Of course, post-Brexit that may be more complicated. But worth a look.

Thanks, but as you say, Brexit has made simple things like this ridiculously complicated. Plus, if I'm sending it to London, I might as well send it back to Number 15.
