Of course not. The smart casual, esp. in winter months, is something many Italian men really "get"; smart tweeds, flannels, cords of all sorts, etc. See Giona's post, wherein he shows just the thing for good-looking casual autumn clothing.

What is meant by 'smart' tweed?; does this refer to the fiber, say cashmere or lambswool vs. something more country, like Shetland? Or does it refer to the pattern?
