suggestions for top hat hire in NY (preferably) or London

Can anyone recommend a reputable outfit that offers top hats for hire either in New York City or in London? The former would be a greater convenience for me, but I would be interested in suggestions on either side of the pond.

Just a suggestion, however if this is perhaps for attending Ascot, one usually does buy their top hat from Lock & Co., or some other reputable hatter. Sort of a momento on a once-in-a-lifetime event, or, if you find yourself attending summer events in morning dress more frequently (opportunities shrinking as I write), you'll have the one part of the outfit everyone looks at most.
