I have had some correspondence with him a year or two ago and found him knowledgeable and helpful. But I have no experience with his work.

Westmancott, in his late 20s IIRC, has cut his basic prices from £4000 to around £2500 for a two piece suit. I believe that he trained at Dege & Skinner and works out of 12 Savile Row. For a similar price, you could try Davies & Son or Welsh & Jeffries.
