Do you mean to ask where one can purchase uncut bridle leather, or an untanned skin that would be made into bridle leather?

I'd suggest that you might leave the purchaser to the casemaker. If you're the casemaker, you might try the tannery nearest to you: my understanding is that, barring the finest (which might be too costly to experiment with), bridle leather from any decent tannery will be of roughly the same quality as bridle leather from any other.

Get thee to a tack shop. If you are in North America, anywhere that has any sizeable population of horses, including towns that have racetracks, breeding farms, training and equestrian centers, will have these. Same if you are in northern Europe (Ireland, GB, France, Germany) or Australia.
