I'm not entirely clear what you want: "topies" (a "topy", I understand, is the thin rubber layer glued to the sole of a shoe), or heel counters, or something else?

I am not sure what its called, basically its the rubber heel piece at the bottom of the heel. It is in the shape of a semi-circle and is used to prevent the leather soles from wearing down.. .

Ah. The term escapes me, but I think that it may be a composite heel. Any good cobbler would have these, and he might be willing to sell one or two to you; certainly, he should be able to make the necessary repair for you.

If you're thinking about rubber heel taps that you can nail to the bottom of a shoe's heel or toe, then they're available at most drug or shoe repair stores.

If, indeed, the OP was thinking of rubber toe taps, I'd add that my own, limited experience with a few was unhappy at best. A rubber "topy" applied half the length of the shoe gives me much more satisfying service.

Also, the website doesn't list the product, but if you call them, they should have it. Shoe repair wholesellers are reluctant to sell to the public, but if you're outside the area that they tend to deal with and thus won't take business away from their customers (local shoe repair shops), they would probably be happy to sell to you.
