Can someone fill me in on the background of this dinner jacket (See link below) with the red collar? (I apologize in advance if the link doesn't work-- I'm not particularly computer literate.) I like this look, but was curious if this is just part of a military uniform and is not something to be worn by a civilian, or if it was somehow hunting related?
