internationalist: the cedes wallets are even thinner than those you asked for. To check them, I think you can click on the left column under "leather" and then at page 6, you can find different models of wallets for banknotes, otherway page 7 for coins. Hope this helps

Hmm,personally I don't like that kind of overcoat, it is a little out of date, too much "napoleonic" and not very versatile (or at least, not for my tastes).

The cummerbund doesn't add a real thickness, as it should be made very attached to the waistline.
