Re: Our Raglan Paletot
Thank you a lot to all of you. The raglan actually can be made in very various designs and I like this, but always staying classical, I don't want to do strange or fashion things...fashion is just for singers. Michael thank you for your comment and I apprecciate your picture a lot. Also I remember w...

Re: Our Raglan Paletot
hmm, sorry but I do not understand why "it is already very creative". As far as I know there are three way of doing a collar on a Raglan overcoat and more than this I don't see anything very different. As for the DB, my grandfather had made a raglan DB overcoat with three quarters sleeves during the...

Our Raglan Paletot
Hi to all of you! Although this is not being made with a LL fabric, I thought it was a very interesting fabric to show. Well, this is our housecut SB Raglan, still in the works, with tre quartini sleeve, patch pockets with flaps, cuffs, piegone vent with buttons and a vertical inside pockets for glo...

Personally for a californian weather, and considering it has to be used in spring/summer I would suggest the 3ply fresco open grain weave or a mohair suit

SB with the LL city gunclub
Hi all! I just finished this SB made with the LL city gunclub, fantastic fabric to work with, old style with a perfect hand. Re: Stylish slim wallets
internationalist: the cedes wallets are even thinner than those you asked for. To check them, I think you can click on the left column under "leather" and then at page 6, you can find different models of wallets for banknotes, otherway page 7 for coins. Hope this helps

Re: Venice and Milan
I would probably go for other directions. If you want to experience the real Milano I would avoid tourist places but just the real milanese heart..remember that Milano is a hidden city

Re: Bespoke Overcoat
Hmm,personally I don't like that kind of overcoat, it is a little out of date, too much "napoleonic" and not very versatile (or at least, not for my tastes).

Re: My first bespoke Dinner Jacket
The cummerbund doesn't add a real thickness, as it should be made very attached to the waistline. However the dinner jacket should not be so attached at the waist point, that also partly explains the way it wrinkles more when you are seated. The point in a dinner jacket is having a good line without...

Re: Stylish slim wallets
I would go with a Valextra extra slim wallet or one of the beautiful wallets made by Cedes Milano (the son of G.Lorenzi Milano): http://www.cedesmilano.com/

Re: Wedding Party Attire Plans
If the wedding will be during evening, you choice to have a "black tie" dress code is good. With just this, people will wear as you ask. Also, eating, partying and so on is not so prohibitive with a black tie code. It is normal you are imposing them a dressing code, it is respect to your "once lifet...
