I am Italian and quite confident with the topic.
Sorry to say, I have no clue about any Tapas-like manufacturer.
To my knowledge, Ermenegildo Zegna, Cerruti, Guabello, Barbera, Barberis-Canonico are the only manufactures at that level.

Recently, I had trouble to find horn buttons. It seems that the use of horn is no longer allowed, at least in Europe. Any suggestion to find these buttons?
Moreover, when are mother pearl buttons indicated?
