I would like to know more about Polish shoemakers. I am planning a trip to Warsaw and would possibly order shoes.

It is easier and cheaper to alter an existing last than make a new one. However I don't know if it would be possible to make well fitting shoes for you that way. I just ordered shoes with modified last from a small Finnish boot producer for a few hundred euros while full bespoke would have been many...
