I had the same problem with a pair of Cheaney shoes hurting as you describe. Really, really hurt. But it did go away after a while, once the shoes were broken in a bit. I'm new to this forum, so hello. I seem to have a problem with suit trousers, which is keeping them up in the right place. They seem to slip down until they're resting on my hips.
