Me too, I'd be very interested. I dropped in on Lobb and Cleverly in London last year. Though not going through with bespoke, I did purchase a pair of Anthony Cleverly Churchills which I've enjoyed. Do the SR tailors take alterations (coat) in general? Depends on what sort of alterations you want done. When I want something changed I usually just take it back to my tailor on the Row.
