Re: If I Can Have Only One Cloth Weight ....

For the first Washington DC suit I would go 11 oz. For the second, considering that you will not have it for several months,12 to 13 oz. flannel db. For the third 9 oz. fresco. Let experience guide you from there. Probably another 11 oz. and 9 oz. fresco.

Re: Double Breasted stripe widths?

For those who are tall and slender a broad spacing seems best to my eye. Perhaps 7/8 " to 1 1/8 " would be ideal.

Re: Getting the dinner suit right

Minnis 0516 claims to be midnight. However 0517, navy, perhaps may be even darker.

Re: Stroller

Mine is a 6x2 DB cut from Minnis 0514 oxford grey fresco. I have had it for about two years and enjoy wearing it when the occasion permits. Typical events would be afternoon weddings, college graduations, babtisms,Easter. All in all perhaps eight to ten times per year.

Stroller

Can 3228 loungers bring the stroller back? This coat is very smart, practical, modern and deserves a return to contemporary favor.
