I have three DJ's, two SB and one DB. I rarely wear the DB because I find that it's too warm(it must be buttoned at all times), but then I have a tendency to run hot. Also, I like to untie my bow tie at the end of the evening and it doesnt look that good with a buttoned DB DJ.

Re: Is it possible to resize a collar and/or cuffs?

Can a tailor reduce the size of the collar? It also has very large french cuffs that would benefit from being reduced in circumference. Has anyone had these sorts of things done to their shirts before? I've have on various occasions sent shirts back to the shirtmaker to have either collar or cuff m...

When will your book be available, Richard? Is a book tour in the offing? How about a signed copy?

It's sublime. I've played with one and the pusher action is something else!

Re: Dufour

Mr Dufour's watches are no longer available from him, production of the Simplicity is capped at 200 (?), and all have been sold. This must have been a somewhat recent occurrence since an "expert" stated, on 2-27-06, that "The Dufour simplicity has a two year waiting list and with a price at around ...

Carpu65, In just one short day, you are becoming one of my favorite LL posters.

I always thought that DF Sr. was a taller man, yet he seems to be of CC's stature albeit a bit thicker.

The Lange 1 has never spoken to me, not even a whisper. I've had it on wrist a dozen times and nothing............

But I certainly appreciate the quality.
