I thought I'd post this very quick and dirty snap of the first outing of the Prince's Tweed (and with jeans, no less)... It's all a bit blurry and I am wearing a rather thick jumper underneath, but it might give you an idea of the general shape and look. I will try and post more pictures in the futu...

Being the client for this beautiful garment, I must say I can hardly contain my excitement. Karl did a wonderful job and I look forward to an exceptional coat. I reposted the picture on my tumblr flmn.net, where I sometimes post the odd sartorial tidbit.

It may still be advisable to buy the extra 2m of midnight cloth as there may be colour variations between different bolts.

This probably doesn't belong in this thread, but are there any recommendations for tailors, preferably with a soft style, in the Milan/Como vicinity? These places can be reached very easily from Zurich but I find it very difficult to find out about the local tailors.
