Re: A new blazer
I have a similar blue worsted flannel in Smith 2597 12/13oz - very nice color, similar to your picture with a lot of depth.

Re: Left handed bespoke clients
For London bespoke I use a single left pocket on trousers. I often wonder if anyone spots the difference - particularly the English who commonly have one right trouser pocket on RTW. I also put a cellphone pocket on the inside lower RIGHT portion of the coat to be reached by my left hand when the co...

Yes - go with heavier than 11 oz. I also believe the choice is irrelevant as you will likely find they are out of golden bale.

Re: Uncanvassed & Washable Linen Suit
Not a 100% match, but this fits this thread in sentiment. I have a brown heavy winter cotton from Scabal begging me to be made into an odd coat. It has a lot of structure on its own so can be made similar to this linen without the "stuffing". I want something informal for the winter weekend or a col...

Re: House Style and body shape
I use Steven on a fairly regular basis although not exclusively. I use him for fairly classical business attire that will fit in anywhere. I am similar in height to you but closer to 185lbs. Shoulders are as you describe and he will take the time to get a good fit around the armholes which for me is...

Re: Suit Collar Design
I have some 750g tweed to make into a heavy sport jacket. I prefer the Costi version on a heavy jacket for its simple utility and "honesty". if it is not heavy then the whole concept seems fussy and out of context. What else would you specify in such a jacket? I assume that the collar is reversible ...

Re: Blue Worsted Fabric - Suggestions Please
Thanks - Difficult to tell blues in pictures. Is this the No.0304 called "Air Force Blue" in 13-14oz.?
There is also an interesting blue flannel in 14-15oz in a Spot Effect design.

I was recently looking for a similar Blue in a heavier flannel - 13-15oz. There are indeed a lovely H Lessor lighter blue in the Golden Bale flannels but they are 9-10 oz. and I do not live in the Bahamas. Suggestions for a bright winter day in Paris?

Re: High armholes and larger arms?
Not the most experienced but I can pass on my journey after a lot of experimenting in getting a better fit. It can matter a lot how the shoulders of the suit fit. Rather than disturb the lie of the shoulder by lifting it, simply reach in your jacket with the opposite hand and feel the seam under you...
