Given my office is very nearby I thought I would give Choppin and Lodge on Cornhill a try. I was very pleased. Maybe not the same standard as the tailor I use on Sackville St but value for money wise I thought it extremely good.

I am in the process of getting an overcoat made and my tailor is having difficulty in sourcing fur which I was thinking of using in a shawl collar.

I have had 3 made varying from good to very poor. The problem is the measuring, the fit was completely different on all three. I took one back to Savile Row and they were far from pleased to adjust it. Whilst their military chap is a verynice chap and does a great job I would never go back to them f...
