Black Tie Waistcoats and Opera Capes
Does anyone know of a supplier for:
1) Opera Cape - Victorian / Edwardian period design, balck wool with red crimson sil/k satin liner. Large black Collar. Similar to Guards Officers capes.
2) Black wasitcoat with shawllapel low cut and fastened with three closely spaced buttons.

There are no belt loops on dress trousers. Belts do no come into the equation. http://www.answers.com/topic/india-military-06-jpg I don't see any belt loops. The photo shows military dress "uniform" not civilian " dress code" hence the weariing of belts is standard in Army for carrying items, water...
