Re: Bespoke Briefcase

No problems with the lining and the quality of the construction is excellent. I have never considered my bag to look rugged, lol............

Re: Bespoke Briefcase

I have had a Glaser briefcase for several years and I am very happy with it. You might check with Will of a Suitable Wardrobe, he designed and had them build a case last year I believe. They were very accommodating to work with. Good luck........

I have a pair of Berreta moleskin trousers I purchased several years ago. They fit like a a glove and appear to be indestructable. Unfortunately, here in the southern US we don't have a long moleskin season.

Patagonia

About the only thing I buy from Patagonia anymore are their Boxers made of capeline. Very colorful, very comfortable, long lasting, and they feel like silk.

May I add to this thread by recalling an anecdote of Osbert Lancaster, a minor dandy? In 1963 Anne Scott-James was writing an article, My Clothes and I where her subject was Lancaster. She noted that he wore old-fashioned shoes with rounded toes which she suggested were almost stubby. 'On the contra...

I would think Pomeroy will do either MTM or bespoke. The problem would be in keeping it at your price point.
