Thanks for posting the interview. I must say I am a bit sceptical about someone who quotes as shoemakers he admires Xavier Aubercy. I do not think Mr. Aubercy has ever pretended to be a shoemaker.

Marinella's ties ARE made in Naples. They may use English silk but the tie is folded and sew in Naples and the product is clearly marked as Made in Italy, this is a fact not an Internet legend.
