Quality of Christys hats
I wonder if anyone here is familiar with the range of hatmakers Christys? I am looking for a new Trilby in brown for the racecourse. Which style would be the most authentic? Which material wool felt or fur felt? And how do they compare to Bates, Lock etc.?
Kind regards Cordoba

Trilby in London
Good evening,
I will be in London the coming weekend and need a new Trilby hat.
On my list are Herbert Johnson, Bates and Lock. Do you gentlemen have any opinions on the three makers? Or do you have any other suggestions?
Cheers
Oliver

Hello EHR,
try this: http://www.countryties.com/
Mr. Comfort is very pleasant to deal with. I think they would even do a one-of-a-kind cravat or scarve for you.
Kind Regards
Oliver

Good morning Trevor, i don`t want to insult anyone, but personally can`t quite understand the recomendation of Harvie&Hudson shirts. Hello couch, thank you very much for your thoughts, i very much appreciate it. The suit indeed is a recent one and has some rich sheen to it. But i fear i don`t like turtlecks at all, sorry to say that. In fact i can only imagine this suit with a white shirt, white pocket square and some sort of bla...
