So what about all these englishmen wearing their Trilbys a number or two to small?

I wonder if anyone here is familiar with the range of hatmakers Christys? I am looking for a new Trilby in brown for the racecourse. Which style would be the most authentic? Which material wool felt or fur felt? And how do they compare to Bates, Lock etc.?

They indeed have some nice and unique fabrics but I think their construction is not the best. For example they us double needle stitching, they don`t match the pattern...
