The shoulder pleats are long with the fold from lateral to the shoulder blades to under the arms, as in a safari shirt or suiting jacket [EDIT: added photo below].

The backpleats are as on the orange sportcoat, and the shape of the bellows pockets will be the same (except without the piping):

Great idea for the pockets for a weekend jacket. I think in real outdoors wear the open pocket might snag in the brush etc and be damaged quickly...but maybe not.
